We at ThirdParty Learning strive to provide you with the best e-learning experience. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Refunds

You have 48 hrs to request a refund for a course from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, you must not have completed more than 10% of the course content. Refunds are not available for completed courses.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for courses. If you wish to purchase a different course, you must request a refund for the original course (if eligible) and purchase the new course separately.
